About Sadhana Kumar

"I strive to demonstrate the highest level of integrity, commitment, service and experience into every real estate transaction."

"I've lived here for most of my life, and I love the Lower Mainland as much as I love my job!"

Your home is the single most significant and valuable investment that you own. It is your primary asset.

You deserve a dedicated Realtor® who will handle your real estate with the level of sincere commitment and passion that I can deliver for you.

As a Burnaby, British Columbia, Canada, native, I witnessed its great transformation – from a few homes and buildings into a bustling city that it is today.

My intimate knowledge of this region, and my experiences of having lived here most of my life, gives me enthusiasm and a desire to make my home, your home.

I love the Lower Mainland, and I love my job! I have over 21 years of experience as a legal administrative assistant working in Downtown Vancouver in family law, insurance law and medical malpractice law. My familiarity with the judicial system and contract writing has been a great asset in my real estate practice.

As a mother, I'm very grateful for the success I have enjoyed in my real estate career, and I enjoy giving back to the community.
For several years, I have been a member of The 3E Organization (a registered non-profit society) to engage, empower, and enable youth and women to live their best lives.

I'm also one of the founding members of Soroptimists' New Westminster/Burnaby Chapter. Soroptimist is an international volunteer organization of women who work to improve the lives of women and girls through programs leading to social and economic empowerment.
Before joining eXp realty, I was previously a part of a top producing team at Sutton Westcoast Realty for over 15 years.

I work with first time buyers and sellers and cater to those relocating or purchasing a second home in the Lower Mainland and Fraser Valley. I also work with the 55+ plus community and assist them with downsizing their home when they are ready.

I will work in partnership with you to understand your needs, making them my #1 priority to represent your best interests.

I also recently completed the training and can now hold myself out as a Certified Professional Consultant on Aging (CPCA)® in good standing!
What a great educational experience! I learned more about some of the age-related changes that influence our quality of life now and discovered ways to prepare even better for the future. I have a deeper appreciation of the key and sometimes subtle challenges associated with growing older, and am better prepared to offer insight, service, and referral to collaborative support services.
As a CPCA, I will continue to have access to practical educational content and client support materials and look forward to sharing great information with you.

We all have a role to play in helping to create a world that each of us would want to continue to age into. I am honoured to be able to do this with an enhanced appreciation of the issues, challenges, and solutions.

Contact me now and I will help you realize your real estate goals quickly and positively!

With gratitude,
Sadhana Kumar
